1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the bazee.ch online shop. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Prices & payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). No value added tax is currently charged. Payment is made by Twint, Visa or Mastercard. Purchase on invoice is not available.

3. Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland only. A flat shipping rate of CHF 9 applies. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

4. Right of return

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

5. Warranty & liability

The statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hinwil.
